I sometimes prepare my own bread for week-end breakfasts in the off-season . Very easy and tasty !

Flour :500g
Baker yeast (professional baking powder) : 20g
warm milk : 2dl
water : 1dl
melted butter : 50g
salt : 10g
sugar : 2 spoons

baking : 20' at 220į and then 25' at 180į

Add yeast in the milk . Pour every ingredients and the milk preparation in the middle of the flour and knead. Cover the dough in a terrine and leave it to stand for 2 or 3 hours untill it grows twice as much .
knead the dough again slowly with the hands and put it in a cake tin (Full it only one third of its height ), cover it with a towel and leave it to stand again for 45'.

Then bake it .
